To save time, it’s useful to have room categories open by default on your booking chart.
Here’s what it looks like with all room categories closed:

Use the cog icon up the top right to open your options:
Then go to ‘Apartment Type Defaults’:
This allows you to chose which room categories are open by default, and which are closed. In my setup below, I have all room categories open except for parking.
To change this, select the room categories that you would like to change, then the small arrow to move them to the other column:
