Log in to the Canva website for GCLR, details are saved in the Booking Site Logins spreadsheet in the google drive.
Once logged in, click on “All your designs” on the left hand side. All of the apartment compendiums are here and saved under apartment number.
To make a new one, find the template design, hover over the template design and click the three dots that pop up. Then click on duplicate to create a new copy.
Editing the template:
You will need to change both QR codes, add the shortened link under the room info code and add the wifi details under the wifi code.
To change the room info QR code click on QR code on the left hand side of the screen, enter the shortened link for the compendium page you are wanting to use and then generate code. Add this new QR code to the room info side and then paste the shortened link below. To change the wifi QR code go to the website https://qifi.org/ and add the wifi details in. Once QR code is created save the Qr code to the computer downloads.
Go back to Canva and click on uploads on the left and upload the QR code from the computer to the design and then past the wifi details below the QR code. Do not forget to change the apartment number on the design .
Downloading the design – click on the 3 dots on the top right and download the file. Print in A4 and put into an Acrylic Stand and place it in the apartment on the kitchen bench.
