In RMS, go to Setup -> Apartment Type/Apartment then select the pencil beside the room category you want to edit:
Then go the apartment tab, select the apartment number and edit:
In this window, we use:
Guest Description – wifi details which fill out on the key envelope for guests.
Max Occupants – please write the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. If someone books for more than that, RMS will show you a pop-up message every time you save the booking, so that you remember to arrange extra bedding.
Address – a breakdown of what the room number actually means
Key No 1 – the key number for this room, fills out on the key envelope and the daily checklist
Key No 2 – the car space if applicable, fills out on the key envelope.
