If the guest reports that the bedside lamp/s are not working at Oracle, please check if they have tried the switch beside the door.
There are two light switches for the master bedroom, one turns the lights on/off, and the other turns the power points for the lamps on/off.
Once they have switched this on, they will also need to check the switch on the powerpoint, and the switch on the lamp. If they have checked all 3, and it is still not working, then you will need to arrange for the bulb to be replaced.
Or, if they are reporting other lights not working, check if it is just a couple of lights or if it seems to be a whole area e.g. all of the lights in the kitchen.
If it is just a couple of lights, arrange for a handyman to attend.
If it is a large area, and they have power in other areas of the apartment, it’s more likely to be a fuse that has blown. Ask them to check the fuse box before arranging a handyman.
