Morning Meeting

At the start of each day, the entire holiday department should meet to discuss the day’s tasks. Everyone should have the Morning Meeting project open on Asana.

This meeting ensures everyone is aware of operations for the day and the workload can be shared evenly.

The Duty Manager will assign the daily roles in Asana and organise staff to collect the guest keys from the resorts.

Whoever is on the daily arrivals role is responsible for operations for the day and should prepare for any trades attending. They should also share with the team how many arrivals/departures we have today, and any important notes e.g. if we have an owner stay arriving today, or a guest moving between apartments etc.

Everyone else should also share what they are up to for the day and if their workload is too little/too much so that it can be shared if needed.

Make sure to tick these tasks off on Asana once completed so everyone can see what has been done.

At the end of the day, check this project again to make sure that everything was completed. If not, check the next available date for the task and change the due date on Asana.

Please note that changing the due date should not be common practice, all jobs on the morning meeting should be completed every day. If you are not keeping up with the amount of tasks assigned to you, please speak with the Duty Manager so that we can help.
