When housekeepers finish cleaning a room, they should immediately submit their ‘clean complete’ report so we know the room is ready, and have a record of any issues.
As soon as it’s been submitted, you will receive an email titled
“[GCRP] Clean Completed – RES# : GUEST by CLEANER“
It should look like the following:
There will also be images attached to the report for our reference.
Check that keys were collected and there was no maintenance or damage reported before filing this email.
