In case we have any wifi outages or any rooms without wifi installed, we have portable wifi dongles available.
These are loaded in logitout as assets so that we can track where they are and when they are due. If you use one, make sure to log this on Logitout, change the due date to be the departure date of the reservation, and add to the Morning Meeting to remove it from the room that day.
Before recharging by mobile number, check that the serial number printed on your SIM card matches – you won’t be able to get a refund if you charge up a SIM that we don’t have.
