Update Booking Confirmations

In RMS, go to Setup -> Correspondence -> Form Letters

Select the pencil icon next to the letter that you wish to edit:

From here, you can type in it like a normal document and use the formatting for highlighting and page breaks etc.

You’ll also notice that the actual confirmation gets sent as a PDF attachment. If you’d like to edit the email that gets sent along with it, you’ll need to click on “Email Body” at the top:

In the confirmation, there are a lot of “Merge Fields” that automatically fill out with the guest details so we don’t have to type them manually. You can read more about Merge Fields here.
