What is GCLR?

Gold Coast Luxury Resorts (GCLR) is a division of Gold Coast Rental Properties (GCRP), a licensed Real Estate office in Bundall. Our registered business name is Gold Coast Rental Properties, but we refer to ourselves as Gold Coast Luxury Resorts when communicating with guests. GCLR manages privately owned apartments within multiple resorts, and a handful of holiday homes as well. We strive to provide the same quality of service as the onsite management, but at a much cheaper price to our guests. We also strive to provide a good financial return to the owners of the properties. 

What type of accommodation do we offer?

We manage a range of apartments and holiday homes in the Gold Coast, the locations range from Tugun to Surfers Paradise.We have a high standard of which properties we accept into our portfolio, you can view our current properties on our website: goldcoastluxuryresorts.com.au/accommodation Our most popular resort is The Oracle Broadbeach. 

What is included in the accommodation? 

To keep our pricing affordable, we only include the basics and additional amenities are available at an extra cost. All of our properties are self-contained, so they have a private bedroom(s), private bathroom(s), living and kitchen area, and laundry. The rooms are serviced and beds made with fresh linen before the guest arrives, but it is not serviced during their stay – they are welcome to wash their own linen during their stay or add on a mid-stay clean at an additional cost.

We provide a ‘starter pack’ of amenities, which is not intended to last the entire stay, it is not replenished once used.
This includes:

  • 2x Bath towels per guest,
  • 1x Tea, 1x coffee, 1x sugar per guest, 
  • 2x Rolls of toilet paper, 1x Soap and 1 x tissue box per bathroom, 
  • 1x Hand towel, 1x bath mat per bathroom,
  • 1x Bodywash and 1 x shampoo/conditioner per person,
  • 4x sachets of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent.
  • 1x dish cloth & scourer
  • 1x Bin bag per night

Additional amenities can be added, such as pool towels at $15 per towel, mid-stay cleans or additional linen (price differs between properties and room types), parking at $10 per night.

As all of the properties are privately owned, some owners have provided extra features such as wifi, foxtel, coffee machines etc. Unless all of the rooms in the category have a feature, we do not advertise it and cannot guarantee it for guests. 

What is the difference for the guest when they book with us instead of onsite management? 

Firstly, the price! Since we are a smaller team we don’t have the same overheads e.g. call centers, more staff to pay, cost of being located at the property. Then, they will need to check in at our office, we are not able to provide check-in at the property. When at the resort, the guests will have the same access to the facilities of the building, but they will not have access to any services provided by the onsite management e.g. housekeeping, luggage trolleys, room service, luggage storage.  Because the properties are privately owned, they may also have different furnishings and inclusions. 

How can guests book our accommodation? 

We have our own website, take bookings via email and phone, and also advertise on multiple third party websites e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Qantas Hotels. Since there are multiple companies with privately owned apartments in each building, we always have ‘GCLR’ in our titles.
